We currently meet all our clients at their hotel/motel/or Airbnb within Baldwin or meet our clients at the Houseman’s parking lot. All start times are finalized with the clients a few days prior to their trip start. An average day for the clients looks like:
-7am clients are picked up at the assigned meeting location in Baldwin, Mi.
-They are driven to the boat launch and put in the boat to start their day of fishing
-The first hour of the fishing trip is usually centered around the guide getting to know their anglers fishing abilities and the guide explaining the tactics the anglers will use throughout the day. The earlier mornings are usually extremely productive as the fish tend to bite better in the morning while its overcast. Guides explain to their anglers which pockets of the river and river seems can be most productive for catching resident fish. Our guides have extreme knowledge built up for where the fish
