Writing on 9/25/26- the Fall Salmon Season is still in full gears! We will be targeting Salmon for the next two weeks but as the fall salmon runs begins to wind down towards mid October the attention quickly turns towards one of Michigan’s most exciting fisheries- Fall Steelhead!
The transition from salmon to steelhead brings a whole new style of fishing. Fresh steelhead begin to enter the river systems, offering hard fighting, aggressive takes, and exciting opportunities throughout the fall and into the winter.
